The German "cathedral-media" isn't interested anymore to let outsiders have their say in any way or form. Just shunning shall be the new rule at least, that one journalist under applause tells it's audience full of other journalists and progressive activists. Yes, you hear that right, they for some reason have a conference yearly together and are well organized in all state funded media planting formats there are overt political and of course the journalists "just having a conference nearby" doesn't have to say anything if you share the same conference rooms.

In Germany, a far-right slogan become memes into mainstream culture and state officials and media are trying their best to suppress anyone chanting that slogan. The slogan is definitively questionable. 2015-2016 did take in over 1 million refugees and one part of the public is proud about the humanitarian aid Germany could offer to people in need. Another part of the public, which is often demonized within mainstream media highlights negative impacts of migration which remains high. This was huge on the news, but more important pressing issues get ignored.
